• clean mattresses and bedclothes (if available),
• Safety on bunk beds,
• minimum 1 wardrobe per bedroom.

Kitchen:

• functional kitchen devices,
• cooking facilities with minimum 2 hot plates,
• clean dishes in the appropriate number of maximum occupancy,
• available refrigerator.

Pool (is available):

• professionally installed/maintained/cleaned swimming pools.

Safety:

• steady handrails on stairs,
• safety on steep stairs, galleries and balconies,
• electricity according to country-specific regulations,
• fully functional heating device.

During stay of guests:

• arrival has to be carried out after 3pm
• welcoming guests and presenting them accommodation,
• filling out arrival protocol at key hand-over and acceptance of deposit,
• providing help with information and answering possible questions during their stay,
• promptly providing help in case of complaints (reparation, replacing broken items).
• departure has to be carried out no later than 10am
• filling out departure protocol and paying back deposit at key hand-over.
