As soon as we get your booking request and the confirmation of your booking through the offerer, you will receive the verification of your booking/bill via e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail account you will receive your confirmation per post. Please check all of your data and retain those documents.

To make sure you have all the information and documents you need for your vacation please check your eMail account regulary.

2. Pre- and final payment

Please stick to our deadlines of pre- and final payment.
In case of a last minute booking (your arrival is in the next 7 days) the payment has to be paid in [cash].

If it is stated on the bill that a certain amount of the sum has to be paid on site, please pay this amount of money on the spot in Euros when keys are handed over.

3. Rental voucher

After the incoming payment has been carried out according to the bill, you receive your rental voucher with key addresses, a "getting here"-suggestion and a contact phone number approx. 3-4 weeks before starting the rental. Please bring this voucher along when keys are handed over.
