Question: When do I get the travel documents and the exact address of the holiday object?
Answer: The key address and a suggested route are on your voucher. You receive these after all payments have arrived that are due in the destination country, at the earliest of 4 weeks before starting the journey with which your tips and hints currently correspond.
Question: Will I receive a description of ich eine Anreisebeschreibung?
Answer: Definitely. Along with your voucher, you receive a suggested route plan starting from the clostest big city. Check these carefully and ask your booking agency any of your possible questions. They will gladly help you free of charge.
Question: Saturday is the day of arrival and departure as a rule. Is it poosible to arrive and depart on other days of the week?
Answer: Basically: YES. If your house owner does not live in the house, he/she has to travel for the key hand-over point. Some house owners live in an other city and so have considerable costs. But he/she does it gladly - they want you to rent the object. Sometimes it is not possible because of job-related reasons. Please bear in mind, that the house owner in the main season can NOT be paid less than the whole week rental fee. It is not a problem in the low season. An extra cost will be charged for the additional work.
